About Dawn Python
Dawn Python is a medium-bodied, medium roasted coffee and boasts a luxurious chocolatey clean essence that envelops your palate, providing a warm, comforting embrace with each sip. We pick up notes of clove and a hint of raisin, too.
We sourced a number of South American coffees before arriving on a blend combining our three favorites:
- Washed Colombian from Medellin
- Washed Costa Rican from Tarrazu
- Washed Honduran from Marcala

Expertly roasted to achieve a perfect balance, our blend reveals a crisp profile, reminiscent of a fresh morning in the hum of a data center full of over provisioned GPUs.
